User Roles
- Owner - Full administrative control
- Manager - Can approve transactions
- Accountant - Can create and submit entries
- Viewer - Read-only access
Viewing Users
Go to organization settings to view team members and their roles. Only Owners can manage users.
Managing Your Profile
Update your own:
- Password
- Profile information
To change password:
- Click user menu → Profile
- Click “Change Password”
- Enter current and new password
- Save
First-Time Login
New users:
- Check email for invitation
- Click link
- Set password
- Complete profile
Password Reset
- Click “Forgot Password” on login
- Enter email
- Check email for reset link
- Create new password
