Control who has access to your organization and what they can do.

User Roles

  • Owner - Full administrative control
  • Manager - Can approve transactions
  • Accountant - Can create and submit entries
  • Viewer - Read-only access

Viewing Users

Go to organization settings to view team members and their roles. Only Owners can manage users.

Managing Your Profile

Update your own:
  • Password
  • Profile information
To change password:
  1. Click user menu → Profile
  2. Click “Change Password”
  3. Enter current and new password
  4. Save

First-Time Login

New users:
  1. Check email for invitation
  2. Click link
  3. Set password
  4. Complete profile

Password Reset

  1. Click “Forgot Password” on login
  2. Enter email
  3. Check email for reset link
  4. Create new password
