Connect email accounts to automatically import invoices from vendor emails.

Supported Email Types

  • Gmail/Google Workspace
  • IMAP email accounts

Connecting Gmail

  1. Go to InvoicesManage Mailboxes
  2. Click Connect Gmail
  3. Sign in with Google account
  4. Grant permission
  5. Save connection

Connecting IMAP

  1. Go to InvoicesManage Mailboxes
  2. Click Add IMAP Account
  3. Enter email credentials and server details
  4. Test connection
  5. Save

Managing Mailboxes

Connected mailboxes show:
  • Email address
  • Last sync date
  • Connection status
Available actions:
  • Sync - Check for new invoices
  • Remove - Disconnect mailbox
