Supported Email Types
- Gmail/Google Workspace
- IMAP email accounts
Connecting Gmail
- Go to Invoices → Manage Mailboxes
- Click Connect Gmail
- Sign in with Google account
- Grant permission
- Save connection
Connecting IMAP
- Go to Invoices → Manage Mailboxes
- Click Add IMAP Account
- Enter email credentials and server details
- Test connection
- Save
Managing Mailboxes
Connected mailboxes show:
- Email address
- Last sync date
- Connection status
Available actions:
- Sync - Check for new invoices
- Remove - Disconnect mailbox
