# Managing Users

> Overview of user management in AccAssistant

Control who has access to your organization and what they can do.

## User Roles

* **Owner** - Full administrative control
* **Manager** - Can approve transactions
* **Accountant** - Can create and submit entries
* **Viewer** - Read-only access

## Viewing Users

Go to organization settings to view team members and their roles. Only Owners can manage users.

## Managing Your Profile

Update your own:

* Password
* Profile information

To change password:

1. Click user menu → Profile
2. Click "Change Password"
3. Enter current and new password
4. Save

## First-Time Login

New users:

1. Check email for invitation
2. Click link
3. Set password
4. Complete profile

## Password Reset

1. Click "Forgot Password" on login
2. Enter email
3. Check email for reset link
4. Create new password
