In-app notifications keep you informed of important activities.

## How It Works

* Bell icon in top navigation shows unread count
* Click to view notifications
* Mark as read or dismiss

## What You'll Be Notified About

* Journal entries needing approval
* Approval decisions on your entries
* New users added
* System updates

## Managing Notifications

1. Click bell icon
2. View notification list
3. Click to go to related item
4. Mark as read or dismiss

## For Managers

Notifications alert you when entries need approval - check regularly to avoid backlogs.

Get notified when your entries are approved or rejected.
