# Other Reports

> Additional reporting options including AP aging and custom reports

AccAssistant offers specialized reports for business analysis.

## Accounts Payable Aging Report

Track outstanding vendor bills by age.

### Generating AP Aging

1. Go to **Reports** → **AP Aging**
2. Select as-of date
3. Choose entity (if applicable)
4. Click **Run Report**

### Report Shows

Unpaid bills grouped by age:

* Current
* 1-30 days overdue
* 31-60 days overdue
* 61-90 days overdue
* Over 90 days

## Available Reports

* Trial Balance
* Balance Sheet
* Income Statement
* AP Aging
* Custom report builder

## Export Options

* CSV for analysis
* Excel spreadsheet
* PDF for presentation
