# Audit Trail

> View complete history of all changes to journal entries

Every action in AccAssistant is tracked in the audit trail for transparency and accountability.

## Viewing Audit Trail

1. Open any journal entry
2. Click **History** or **Audit Trail**
3. View complete timeline of changes

## What's Tracked

* Who made the change
* What action was performed
* When it happened
* Details of changes

## Actions Tracked

* Created
* Modified
* Approved
* Posted
* Voided
