# Manage Mailboxes

> Connect email accounts to import invoices

Connect email accounts to automatically import invoices from vendor emails.

## Supported Email Types

* Gmail/Google Workspace
* IMAP email accounts

## Connecting Gmail

1. Go to **Invoices** → **Manage Mailboxes**
2. Click **Connect Gmail**
3. Sign in with Google account
4. Grant permission
5. Save connection

## Connecting IMAP

1. Go to **Invoices** → **Manage Mailboxes**
2. Click **Add IMAP Account**
3. Enter email credentials and server details
4. Test connection
5. Save

## Managing Mailboxes

Connected mailboxes show:

* Email address
* Last sync date
* Connection status

Available actions:

* **Sync** - Check for new invoices
* **Remove** - Disconnect mailbox
